REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Option 1: Company covers registration

Most companies choose to cover registration for their employees. Training for an event together is a great way to encourage team building, camaraderie and healthy lifestyles. Corporate Challenge companies paying for their employees receive our best pricing and access to a team dashboard to manage and communicate with your team.

Option 2: Employee covers registration

Contact us, designate a team captain and we will send you a unique link to register.

SCORING & PRIZES

Upon conclusion of the race, we add up the total miles each team completed. The team with the most miles wins $1,000 donated to the company’s charity of choice, plus a plaque to showcase all of your hard work (and bragging rights)!

Corporate Challenge PRIVATE Tent

If your team meets the projected miles threshold for your company division (see below), your team gets access to the Corporate Challenge private tent before and after the race. This includes access to dedicated toilets, gear check and fun photo opportunities.

Company Divisions

  • Large (100+ employees)

    • Corporate Challenge Private Tent access = must be projected to complete 550 miles

  • Medium (25-99 employees)

    • Corporate Challenge Private Tent access = must be projected to complete 250 miles

  • Small (1-24 employees)

    • Corporate Challenge Private Tent access = must be projected to complete 150 miles


How to Sign Up

Step 1: Contact us and we will send you a link to apply for your desired number of race entries in each distance. Once approved by the race, your credit card will be charged and you will receive access to your team dashboard. The dashboard allows you to send registration links to employees who are ready to register. You can track link status and manage your team from your dashboard.

Step 2: Recruit employees to join your team. Each team member will need to register for either the Marathon, Half Marathon or Eugene 5K presented by OCCU.

Step 3: Train together! Take pictures and tag us! Have Fun!

Step 4: Complete the race!
